BRIDGEPORT — Animal rescue officials expected to move the last of more than 200 starving horses today from a Morrill County ranch.Humane Society of the United States has described the removal of horses and burros from 3-Strikes Mustang Ranch as one of the largest equine rescue operations in Nebraska.The ranch’s owner and operator, Jason Meduna, had been arrested on a charge of animal cruelty last Friday, but was released after making bail on Sunday.
